All the way down to the soil…

Each home and property is unique in itself all the way down to the soil. These soils play the deciding role in what type of septic systems should be used, such as a conventional system with drain field suitable for well-drained soils.  A mound system used in mottled soils that don’t drain naturally or a holding tank when the others aren’t possible.

Today, a client had a 2500 gallon holding tank installed replacing the 50 year old system that was too close to the ground water.  Here’s a first-hand look!
