Cable Fall Fest is a Everything Great About Fall in Wisconsin

It’s that time of year! Mornings are crisp and cool, the leaves are starting to take on a golden hue, and cider donuts and pumpkin spice are making their reappearance. Fall is just about here… and that means the Annual Cable Fall Fest is too. So mark your calendars for the last weekend of the month—September 27 and 28—for a weekend of fun!

Here’s everything there is to enjoy at the 18th Annual Cable Fall Fest.

Two Full Days of Fall Fun

It’s a whole weekend devoted to a celebration of all things fall—cornstalks, hay bales, pumpkins, a Pumpkin Pecan Pancake Breakfast, a Fall Harvest Dessert Contest, and so much more! It’s also a full festival, with live music, tons of food, arts and crafts, a car show, rides, and more.

Friday Specials, Contests & More

The event starts Friday, September 27 with specials at local stores, plus the Fall Farvest Dessert Contest (contact the Cable Chamber to sign up to be a judge). The evening concludes with a Community Dinner, Beer & Wine Garden, and live music.

Not bad for a Friday in fall!

Saturday Breakfast, Vendors, Shows & More

Saturday kicks off early with a delicious Pumpkin Pecan Pancake Breakfast, followed by an Art & Craft Vendor show and a Car, Motorcycle & Truck Show. There’ll be live music all day long, plus a bounce house and carnival games, activities all up and down Main Street, and even a local Farmers Market.

A Food Court with Flavors for All

One of the best parts of the Cable Fall Fest is the Food Court, which is filled with local food vendors and a huge variety of flavors. There’ll be pies, burgers, and even turkey legs, plus on-site food prep from some of our favorite local chefs. It’s a culinary experience you don’t want to miss.

There’s Even More on the Horizon…

The Cable Fall Fest is one of our favorite local events… but it’s hardly the only one! In fact, there are several great events coming soon. Actually, the Chequamegon Mountain Bike Festival is this weekend, September 14. And next month is the Fun in the Forest ATV Ride on October 19.

And of course, you can enjoy plenty of outdoor activities—hiking, biking, (ice) fishing, skiing, and more—all year-round.
